pub at 2360 Commercial Drive on Dec. 2 from 4-7 pm. Tickets are $3 and

| To keep members up to date on cuts and layoffs, CUPE Local 4627 continues to maintain its official Layoff Notice Counter into 2009. This counter is not intended
| | to downplay
the stress and negative impact of the loss of a job - but it is meant
to keep members informed and to pass along correct information as soon
as possible. This counter tracks the number of layoff notices given to
CUPE Local 4627 members - and may be the result of a bumping sequence.
