For those who missed the Annual General Meeting last week we updated the CUPE Local 4627 membership on the state of bargaining:
We bargained with the College for 3 days. A bargaining protocol was successfully negotiated with both housekeeping and substantial proposals exchanged. There were even a few green* sheets signed!
We were scheduled to bargain July 5-7th but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances these dates were canceled. We were unsuccessful in trying to set bargaining dates for August. We are scheduled to meet September 27-28 and October 11th. We are hoping we will be able to swiftly and successfully conclude this round of bargaining.
