The Union and the Employer are next scheduled to meet on December 8th. Bargaining dates for February and March 2024 have been proposed to the Employer. The Employer presented the Union with a “package proposal*” on Tuesday November 29th; although the Union felt this was premature, as there were many proposals not addressed and still on the table, the Employer has been broadcasting since October 11th that “package proposals” are the way to move forward to the renegotiation of the 2019-2022 collective agreement.
