Vancouver Courier article reports that VCC is suing Save-On-Meats owner Mark Brand. To refresh, under Kathy Kinloch, currently BCIT President, Save On Meats was given $400,000 ($300,000 from VCC (unbudgeted) $100,000 from City of Vancouver) for a joint business venture for an Incubator Kitchen.
