On March 12, 2024, your Bargaining Committee reached a tentative deal with the Employer. The deal is subject to ratification by CUPE 4627 members, the VCC Board of Governors, and the Post-Secondary Employers’ Association Board of Directors. More details will be forthcoming on the tentative deal.
Ratification Meeting will be held at the Downtown Campus (room 240) on March 26, 2024 at 1:30 pm. As per the Collective Agreement (6.12.4), a Ratification Meeting is an important meeting and the College will ensure that all members of the Union regardless of shift are able to attend ratification meetings without loss of pay.
