CUPE 4627 Chief Negotiator Jo Hansen, on behalf of the Bargaining Committee, sent out a Bargaining Bulletin on February 12, 2016. You may or may not have received. One of the things discussed in this bulletin is having a personal email for the Union to contact you as the Employer does not want the Union distributing information to members. 6.9.1 The College will grant the Union reasonable access to its internal mail system to allow the Union to distribute information to its members. Distribution will be done outside of regular duty time.
